Hi all,
As some as you know, in the beginning of January I will be moving to Copake, NY in order to start a year-long Americorps posting. I'm pretty excited - except for the packing. Between Graduation, Turkey and this I've packed WAAAAAY too much in the last 6 months. So you can believe me when I say I'm definitely going to be staying for a year! (Well, except for my vacation times...planning on a trip to Germany and at least once back home for a wedding...). At any rate, excitement is mounting and naturally I'm starting to get stressed, which manifests it through strange dreams. Good deal. Anyhow, as someone put it - and several others agreed - "abroad" can be defined as anything outside of Minnesota. Which is sad, but funny. So, I'm not sure about how much posting I'll get done but I'll give it a whirl. So look forward to a new blog title (wracking my brains for puns, lucky yous!) and updates sometime in January!
